MEET OUR FOUNDER
I’m passionate about helping organizations, teams, and individuals reach their full potential. With over 25 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Deputy Executive Director, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and trusted advisor, I offer a unique skillset to support meaningful change.
While technical expertise is crucial, I’ve learned that it alone can’t drive lasting success. This insight led me to pursue a Master’s in Organization Development from American University and professional coach training at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
As a Gestalt-trained coach, I listen deeply and create safe spaces where people can connect authentically with themselves and others. In my role as an organization development practitioner, I help leaders understand the interconnected elements of their organization—such as people, relationships, culture, structure, and technology—and guide them to see themselves and their systems in new ways. This allows them to adapt and grow over time, aligned with their goals.
